My main focus as a realtor is you. My goal is to help you find the new home that fulfills your needs and desires. My middle name is Integrity. I will always be honest with you, even if it is to my detriment. As a salesperson, my ethics and the ethics requirements of my company require it. Additionally, it is just the right thing to do. I will work with you as if you are my only client and will be available 24/7/365.
I understand how important it is to be able to contact me when you need to talk or get an answer to a question. I will always be available by phone, text or email.
A lot of people do not realize that ALL compensations for realtors are negotiable.
I will be your Listing Agent for a 2% listing fee. You decide whether or not you want to offer a payment to the Buyers Broker and what that payment will be. I will be your Buyer's Agent for a 2% Buyers Fee. If the Seller is paying more than 2%, the additional monies will be returned to you to spend however you choose.
